The thermometer features a dual-sensing probe of 6.75 inches (17.0 cm), accompanied by a 39-inch (1 m) sensor cable, enabling comprehensive monitoring of both the ambient and internal temperatures. The programmable unit is equipped with a dual function and dual progress display, ensuring real-time updates on temperature and time. Its extensive timing capability allows for up to 10 hours of monitoring, tracked by hours, minutes, and seconds. Highlighting user convenience, the device boasts a large 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" (4.4 x 4.4 cm) display, complemented by a big digit feature for easy readability. Functionality is enhanced with an overtime alert, count up/down capabilities, and a stop & restart function, which continues to count after reaching zero.
