The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface and proactive maintenance software enhance user interaction and reliability. It operates at 100 gallons per hour with an energy sentinel idle pump shut-off, processing up to 209 racks per hour. The built-in 70°F rise booster and electric tank heat ensure consistent washing results. A single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arms manifolds underscore its robust construction. The dishwasher includes an internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens, with a 20" standard vertical clearance to accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans. Full 180°F opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors and automatic tank fill enhance its utility. It boasts door safety switches, leak-proof ball valve drains, and stainless steel heavy-gauge construction, including base and legs.
