With the capacity to process 209 racks per hour using only 100 gallons of water, it integrates a progressive anti-jam drive system and a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface for seamless operation. The built-in 70°F rise booster and electric tank heat ensure efficient temperature regulation. Its single-piece hood design, along with stainless steel upper and lower wash arms manifolds, emphasizes durability and ease of maintenance. The dishwasher accommodates large items with a 20” vertical clearance, suitable for 18” x 26” sheet pans, and features full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors. Proactive maintenance software aids in operational efficiency, while automatic tank fill and door safety switches enhance safety. Constructed with stainless steel heavy gauge materials including base and legs, this machine offers robust performance.
