The Champion 44 PRO_240/60/3 Pro Series 44”W Rack Conveyor Dishwasher Proportional Rinse is engineered for high-performance dishwashing with efficiency and advanced technology. This unit features a Progressive anti-jam drive system that ensures smooth operation, preventing delays during peak hours. The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface simplifies control and operation, while the Proactive maintenance software enhances reliability by anticipating maintenance needs. With a capacity to wash 209 racks per hour and using only 100 gallons per hour with its energy sentinel idle pump shut-off, it is both powerful and eco-friendly. The single-piece hood design and durable stainless steel construction, including base and legs, guarantee longevity and easy maintenance. The dishwasher’s single-piece upper and lower wash arm manifolds, along with the internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens, ensure thorough cleaning and easy upkeep. This model accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans with its 20” standard vertical clearance and features full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors. Additional specifications include electric tank heat, a 2 HP wash pump, and an automatic tank fill system.
