Engineered with a Progressive anti-jam drive system, it ensures seamless operation while the top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface provides intuitive control. This powerhouse dishwasher efficiently processes 100 gallons per hour, utilizing an energy sentinel with an idle pump shut-off feature. Designed to handle up to 255 racks per hour, it boasts a single-piece wash chamber design alongside single-piece stainless steel upper and lower wash arms manifolds for robust cleaning performance. An internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens enhance maintenance ease. With a generous 20” vertical clearance, it accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans effortlessly. This model features full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors, ensuring safety and convenience. Additional highlights include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains. Constructed with stainless steel heavy gauge materials, including base and legs, it integrates electric tank heat with heat recovery. The standard heat recovery cabinet features a single vent cowl, while an internal booster heater is included. The 2 HP wash pump, single point machine, and booster connection, vent fan control, and stainless steel rear manifolds further enhance its functionality.
