This dishwasher is designed with a Proportional Rinse feature, ensuring optimal water usage while processing up to 255 racks per hour. The innovative Progressive anti-jam drive system minimizes operational interruptions, making it highly efficient. Equipped with a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface and Proactive maintenance software, it offers intuitive control and seamless upkeep. It uses just 100 gallons per hour, complemented by an energy-saving sentinel that includes an idle pump shut-off. The unit features single-piece stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds, enhancing durability and washing efficacy. It also includes an internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens for effective waste management. With a standard vertical clearance of 20”, it accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans comfortably. The dishwasher is constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, ensuring longevity and includes full 180° opening insulated access doors for leak-proof operation. Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains.
