The Champion 54PRO Pro Series 54"W Rack Conveyor Dishwasher Proportional Rinse is an advanced dishwashing solution featuring a 54-inch width and a high throughput of 255 racks per hour, ideally suited for high-demand commercial kitchens. It integrates a Progressive anti-jam drive system and a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface for seamless operation. With a Proportional Rinse system, it efficiently uses 100 gallons of water per hour, complemented by an energy sentinel with idle pump shut-off for enhanced energy efficiency. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes single-piece upper and lower wash arms manifolds, and internal removable scrap basket along with dual-piece scrap screens for easy maintenance. The unit is designed with full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors, a 20" standard vertical clearance to accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans, and an automatic tank fill feature with door safety switches. The dishwasher also boasts leak-proof ball valve drains, lower front and side enclosure panels, and stainless steel rear manifolds. Its electric tank heat, powered by a 2 HP wash pump, ensures consistent performance. A single point machine and booster connection, along with vent fan control, further enhance its functionality. Included are one 20" x 20" peg rack and one 20" x 20" flat rack, with NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® certifications, made in the USA.
