Its Proportional Rinse system and Progressive anti-jam drive enhance operational reliability. The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface and Proactive maintenance software optimize user interaction and maintenance tracking. With a capacity to process 255 racks per hour and using only 100 gallons per hour, it incorporates an energy sentinel with idle pump shut-off for energy efficiency. Notable design elements include a single-piece wash chamber, stainless steel wash arms, and an internal removable scrap basket. Its 20” standard vertical clearance accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans, while insulated hinged access doors ensure leak-proof operation. It comes equipped with automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, it features electric tank heat with heat recovery, and an internal booster heater. Additional features include vent fan control, dual-piece scrap screens, and a single-point machine and booster connection.
