Designed to accommodate high-volume operations, this dishwasher features a Proportional Rinse system and a Progressive anti-jam drive system to maintain smooth operation. The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface offers easy control, complemented by proactive maintenance software for durability and reliability. Capable of processing up to 255 racks per hour, it operates with an energy-efficient 100 gallons per hour rate, featuring an energy sentinel with idle pump shut-off for conservation. Constructed from single-piece stainless steel for both upper and lower wash arm manifolds, the dishwasher includes internal removable scrap baskets and dual-piece scrap screens for effective waste management. It offers a generous 20-inch vertical clearance suitable for 18 x 26-inch sheet pans and features full 180-degree opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors. With automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains, the unit is built for safety and convenience. Heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, including base and legs, ensures durability.
