This advanced unit incorporates a proportional rinse and a progressive anti-jam drive system, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation. The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface and proactive maintenance software enhance usability and maintenance. With a capacity of handling 100 gallons per hour and featuring an energy sentinel idle pump shut-off, it optimizes energy usage. Engineered with a single-piece hood design and single-piece stainless steel upper and lower wash arms manifolds, it ensures durability and ease of maintenance. Equipped with a 20” standard vertical clearance, it accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans. The dishwasher includes full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors, automatic tank fill, door safety switches, and leak-proof ball valve drains for optimal performance. Constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, including the base and legs, it features electric tank heat with heat recovery, a heat recovery cabinet, and an internal booster heater.
