The unit provides a 20” vertical clearance, accommodating 18” x 26” sheet pans, while the insulated hinged access doors ensure a leak-proof operation. Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, leak-proof ball valve drains, and stainless steel heavy-gauge construction.
