The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface combined with Proactive maintenance software facilitates seamless control and upkeep. Capable of cleaning 255 racks per hour with a water consumption of 100 gallons per hour, it includes an energy sentinel with idle pump shut-off for enhanced energy efficiency. The unit boasts single-piece stainless steel upper and lower wash arms manifolds, an internal removable scrap basket, and dual-piece scrap screens, optimizing cleaning performance and ease of maintenance. It accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans with a 20” vertical clearance and features full 90° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors for easy access.
