The Champion 90 PRO-HR Pro Series 90"W Rack Conveyor Dishwasher is a high-capacity cleaning solution designed for commercial kitchens that require efficiency and reliability. With a 54” single tank combined with a 36” prewash, this dishwasher is capable of processing up to 255 racks per hour, utilizing only 100 gallons of water per hour, enhanced by an energy sentinel idle pump shut-off. The dishwasher features a Proportional Rinse and a Progressive anti-jam drive system, ensuring smooth operation. The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface and proactive maintenance software streamline operational control and upkeep. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, including the base and legs, it boasts durability. The single-piece wash chamber design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds enhance cleaning performance. Internal removable scrap baskets and dual-piece scrap screens simplify maintenance. It accommodates 18” x 26” sheet pans with its 20” standard vertical clearance. The dishwasher also includes leak-proof ball valve drains, automatic tank fill, and door safety switches with full 180° opening insulated hinged access doors for ease of use. Additional features comprise a heat recovery cabinet with a single vent cowl, internal booster heater, 2 HP prewash and wash pump, and a single point machine and booster connection, making it a versatile and efficient choice for various industrial segments. Comes with one 20" x 20" peg rack and one 20" x 20" flat rack, meeting NSF and cULus certifications, and is proudly made in the USA.
