This model features a cutting-edge ventless heat recovery system, ensuring energy efficiency while providing high-temperature sanitization. Equipped with a built-in electric booster heater, it achieves a 70-degree rise in water temperature, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization. This dishwasher offers flexibility with its field convertible design, allowing it to switch from straight-through to corner configurations, and adapts easily from three-phase to single-phase electrical systems. It boasts an auto-start function when the hood is closed, simplifying operations. A single-point electrical connection streamlines installation, while a door interlock switch enhances safety. The on-board service diagnostics and 2 HP self-draining pump and motor contribute to ease of maintenance and reliability. This NSF-approved unit processes up to 40 racks per hour and features Rinse Sentry, automatic tank fill, and detergent/chemical connections for efficient operation. Interchangeable upper and lower spray arms, a cold water feed, and an automatic drain valve add to its adaptability.
