The Champion DH-6000-VHR_240/60/1 Genesis Dishwasher is a versatile and efficient door-type appliance with a width of 29-1/2 inches, making it suitable for various commercial kitchen setups. This dishwasher features a ventless heat recovery system that enhances energy efficiency by utilizing the heat generated during operation. Its high-temperature sanitizing capability is bolstered by a built-in electric booster heater that offers a 70-degree rise, ensuring effective cleaning and sterilization. The unit is field convertible, allowing seamless transition between straight-through and corner configurations, and can switch from three-phase to single-phase power, providing flexibility for different electrical setups. The dishwasher is equipped with an auto start function that activates upon closing the hood, and a single-point electrical connection simplifies installation. The door interlock switch adds safety, while on-board service diagnostics aid in maintenance. A powerful 2 HP self-draining pump and motor support high performance, processing up to 40 racks per hour as certified by NSF. Additional features include Rinse Sentry, automatic tank fill, and detergent/chemical connections. Interchangeable upper and lower spray arms, lighted bottom-mounted HMI controls, and an automatic drain valve further enhance functionality.
