The Champion DH-6000-VHR_240/60/3 Genesis Dishwasher is a sophisticated door-type model with a width of 29-1/2 inches, designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. It features a ventless heat recovery system that enhances energy efficiency, while its high-temperature sanitizing capability is supported by a built-in electric booster heater, providing a 70-degree rise for impeccable cleaning. The unit is field convertible, allowing it to transition from a straight through to a corner setup and from three-phase to single-phase electricity. With an auto-start function when the hood is closed, it ensures seamless operation. The dishwasher boasts a single point electrical connection and a door interlock switch for safety. It includes on-board service diagnostics and is powered by a 2 HP self-draining pump and motor. Capable of handling up to 40 racks per hour, it is NSF approved, ensuring high standards of hygiene. Its Rinse Sentry feature and automatic tank fill further enhance operational convenience. The dishwasher is equipped with detergent/chemical connections, interchangeable spray arms, and a cold water feed only system.
