It features high-temperature sanitizing technology and includes Heat Recovery Condensate Removal and Dry Assist for efficient drying. The StemsSure™ soft start mechanism is designed to protect glasses and dishes from chipping and breaking. With a capacity to handle 30 racks per hour and a 120-second cycle time, it is well-suited for high-demand environments. A top-mounted precise digital temperature display and Vari-cycle controls provide ease of monitoring and operation. The machine has a 12"H door opening and is constructed with stainless steel top and side panels, ensuring durability. It includes an insulated booster and panels, as well as detergent and rinse aid pumps. The dishwasher is equipped with an automatic drain cycle, pumped drain, and a built-in electric booster for a 180°F final rinse water, standard 66°F/82°C rise. The rinse sentry feature extends the cycle to ensure a 180°F final rinse. It comes with one peg rack and one flat rack, a 1 HP wash pump motor, and Multi-Power capabilities, supporting Multi-Volt and Multi-Phase infield conversion from 208-240 volts and single to three-phase. The unit is NSF, cETLus, and ENERGY STAR® certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
