This glasswasher is equipped with a sophisticated heat recovery system and hot water sanitizing function at 180°F, ensuring optimal cleaning and sanitation. The built-in Safe-T-Temp booster heater provides a significant 70°F temperature rise, enhancing the washing process. Boasting a capacity of 20 racks per hour, the unit includes an 180°F final rinse safety system, requiring only a cold water hookup for operation. Its functionality is enhanced by upper and lower stainless steel arms and top mounted controls for ease of use.
