This dishwasher is versatile, offering both low-temperature chemical sanitizing and high-temperature sanitizing options. Its dual tank design supports a three-stage wash process - wash, power rinse, and final rinse - capable of handling up to 249 racks per hour. With a 19" dish clearance, it accommodates various dish sizes. The unit features electric tank heat, auto start/stop, auto fill, and an automatic water control system to streamline operations. The power rinse heater system and automatic soil purging system enhance performance, while the stainless steel scrap accumulator and chemical-resistant industrial heaters ensure durability. Additional features include a table limit switch and rack save clutch system, removable curtains, and stainless steel construction for longevity.
