The CMA Dishmachines EST-44_240/60/1 Energy Mizer® Dishwasher is a conveyor type unit with dimensions of 44"W x 25-1/8"D x 56-1/2"H, making it a compact yet powerful solution for commercial dishwashing needs. It supports both low temp chemical sanitizing and high temp sanitizing, adaptable for various operational requirements. This dishwasher features a dual tank design and a three-stage wash process, including wash, power rinse, and final rinse, capable of processing up to 249 racks per hour. With a 19" dish clearance, it accommodates larger dishware easily. The EST-44 includes electric tank heat, auto start/stop, auto fill, and an automatic water control system, ensuring efficient operation. Its power rinse heater system and automatic soil purging system further enhance cleaning performance. The unit boasts a stainless steel scrap accumulator and chemical-resistant industrial heaters. With a table limit switch and rack save clutch system, operational efficiency is maximized. The dishwasher's construction is durable stainless steel, and it comes with removable curtains for easy maintenance. It includes one open and one peg rack, equipped with a 1 HP wash motor, 1/3 HP rinse motor, and 1/8 HP conveyor motor. Certified by UL, cULus, and ETL-Sanitation, this dishwasher meets industry standards for safety and sanitation.
