The CMA Dishmachines EST-44_240/60/3 Energy Mizer® Dishwasher is a precision-engineered, conveyor-type unit with dimensions of 44"W x 25-1/8"D x 56-1/2"H, designed for high-efficiency dishwashing needs in commercial settings. This advanced dishwasher features a dual tank design and a three-stage wash process comprising wash, power rinse, and final rinse, enabling it to process up to 249 racks per hour. With a 19" dish clearance, it accommodates a wide range of dishware sizes. The machine can operate with either low temp chemical sanitizing or high temp sanitizing, providing flexibility to different market segments. It includes electric tank heat, auto start/stop, and an automatic water control system, ensuring ease of operation and energy efficiency. The CMA's stainless steel construction, along with chemical-resistant industrial heaters and a stainless steel scrap accumulator, ensures durability and longevity. The dishwasher is equipped with a 1 HP wash motor, 1/3 HP rinse motor, and a 1/8 HP conveyor motor. Additional features include an auto fill, power rinse heater system, and an automatic soil purging system. It comes with removable curtains, a table limit switch, and a rack save clutch system. The unit includes one open and one peg rack and is UL, cULus, and ETL-Sanitation certified.
