The CMA Dishmachines EST-66_208/60/1 Energy Mizer® Dishwasher is a conveyor type model measuring 66"W x 25-1/8"D x 56-1/2"H, designed for efficient, high-volume dishwashing operations in commercial kitchens. With left-to-right operation, it offers flexibility in placement and workflow. This unit supports low temp chemical sanitizing or high temp sanitizing, catering to varied sanitation requirements. Its dual tank design incorporates a four-stage wash process with two wash cycles, a power heated rinse, and a final rinse, processing up to 249 racks per hour. It accommodates a 19" dish clearance, making it suitable for larger dishes. Equipped with electric tank heat, an auto start/stop feature, auto fill, and an automatic water control system, it ensures ease of use and efficiency. The power rinse heater system and automatic soil purging system enhance cleaning performance, while the stainless steel scrap accumulator aids in waste management. Chemical resistant industrial heaters, a table limit switch, and a rack save clutch system contribute to the product's durability and operational safety. Constructed with stainless steel, it includes removable curtains, a 1 HP wash motor, 1/3 HP rinse motor, and 1/8 HP conveyor motor. The unit comes with one open rack and one peg rack and is UL, cULus, and ETL-Sanitation certified.
