The CMA Dishmachines EST-66_480/60/3 Energy Mizer® Dishwasher is a conveyor-type unit measuring 66"W x 25-1/8"D x 56-1/2"H. It operates with a left-to-right mechanism and offers the flexibility of both low-temp chemical sanitizing and high-temp sanitizing options. Featuring a dual tank design, this dishwasher employs a four-stage wash process, which includes two wash cycles, a power-heated rinse, and a final rinse, allowing it to clean up to 249 racks per hour efficiently. With a 19" dish clearance, it accommodates a variety of dish sizes. It includes electric tank heat, an auto start/stop function, an auto-fill feature, and an automatic water control system. The power rinse heater system and automatic soil purging system enhance cleaning efficiency. Constructed from stainless steel, it features a stainless steel scrap accumulator and chemical-resistant industrial heaters. Additional features include a table limit switch, rack save clutch system, and removable curtains. The dishwasher comes with an open rack and a peg rack. The unit is powered by a 1 HP wash motor, a 1/3 HP rinse motor, and a 1/8 HP conveyor motor. It is UL, cULus, and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable option for commercial kitchens seeking high efficiency and sanitation standards.
