The Convotherm C4 ET 20.20GB-N DD SGL (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is a versatile and efficient solution for school kitchens, engineered to cater to high-volume cooking needs. Designed with a gas-powered steam generator, this unit accommodates up to 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 40 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20" x 1", making it ideal for large-scale meal preparation. Included with this model are 20 wire shelves (21" x 23") and 20 fry baskets (20" x 26"), providing ample cooking flexibility. The 10-inch easyTouch control panel, which is WiFi ready, simplifies operation and is complemented by a US cookbook containing 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menu items. The oven incorporates four cooking modes - hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm - and is equipped with a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan for precise cooking.
