The Convotherm C4 ET 6.10ES-N DD SGL (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is an advanced, electric, boilerless combi oven designed specifically for educational institutions. With a capacity to fit six 12" x 20" half-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, it efficiently accommodates large-scale school meal preparations. Included are six 21” x 23” wire shelves and six 12” x 20” fry baskets, enhancing its versatility. The oven features a 10" WiFi-ready easyTouch control panel, providing seamless navigation through its four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. This model comes with a US cookbook containing 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menu items. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, it is equipped with a disappearing door, triple pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle, LED lights, and a hands-free auto clean system, including a pull-out spray hose.
