The Convotherm C4 ET 6.10GS-N ON 10.10GS-N DD STACK (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is a versatile and efficient gas-powered culinary tool tailored for institutional food service operations, such as school cafeterias. This boilerless model features two ovens: one with a capacity for six half-size sheet pans or six 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, and another with the ability to hold ten half-size sheet pans or ten 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. It comes equipped with twelve 13” x 21” wire shelves and twelve 12” x 20” fry baskets. A standout feature is the 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel that provides seamless operation.
