This electric combi oven/steamer features a steam generator and has a dual-oven capacity - one oven accommodates six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, while the other holds ten 18" x 26" full sheet pans or twenty 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. It includes sixteen 21" x 23" wire shelves and sixteen 12" x 20" fry baskets, enhancing its versatility. The 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel simplifies operation, complemented by a US cookbook containing 200 cooking recipes tailored for common K-12 menu items. The oven supports four cooking modes - hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. Its design features a disappearing door, a triple-pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle, LED lighting, and a pull-out spray hose. The ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system ensures hygiene maintenance.
