The unit includes six 21" x 23" wire shelves and a 12" x 20" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel. It comes with a US cookbook featuring 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menu items, enhancing culinary versatility. The oven supports four cooking modes - hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm - catering to diverse cooking needs.
