The Convotherm C4 ET 6.20GB-N ON 10.20GB-N DD STACK (School Model) Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is a highly versatile and technologically advanced kitchen appliance designed for efficient food preparation in educational institutions. This gas-operated oven/steamer features a steam generator and includes two units: one with a capacity for six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, and another with a capacity for ten 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twenty 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. The package comes with sixteen 21” x 23” wire shelves and sixteen 12” x 20” fry baskets, providing ample space and flexibility for cooking. An easyTouch control panel equipped with Wi-Fi readiness and a US cookbook containing 200 recipes for K-12 menu items enhance usability. The unit supports four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. It features a disappearing triple pane door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle, LED lights, and a pull-out spray hose. Constructed from stainless steel and equipped with ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system, the unit connects via two 120v/60/1-ph and outputs 68,200 and 109,200 BTU, carrying cULus and NSF certifications.
