The Convotherm C4ET6.10EB ON 10.10EB DD STACK Convotherm Combi Oven/Steamer School Package is a dual-function electric oven and steamer designed to meet the varied cooking demands of educational institutions. This double stack unit includes one oven with a capacity of (6) half-size sheet pans or (6) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, and another oven with a capacity of (10) half-size sheet pans or (10) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. Each unit features a steam generator and is equipped with (12) 13” x 21” wire shelves and (12) 12” x 20” fry baskets. The 9" easyTouch control panel offers user-friendly operation, and the included US cookbook provides 200 recipes tailored for K-12 menu items. The oven supports four cooking modes - hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm - and incorporates a disappearing door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle for enhanced safety. The hands-free auto clean and pull-out spray hose, along with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system, ensure easy maintenance.
