The device is engineered to deliver temperature accuracy of ±2°F (±3°C) from -4°F to 212°F (-20°C to 100°C) and ±3°F/±2°C above 212°F/100°C. Its timer accuracy is maintained at ±3 seconds per day, with a timer range of 6 hours and 59 minutes. This validator supports min/max/hold temperature functions, as well as timer count up/down capabilities. The large 1-1/4" x 1" (32mm x 25mm) LCD ensures easy readability in various conditions.
