The cabinet accommodates up to (16) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" pans, supported by pan slides on 2-3/4" centers, making it ideal for various kitchen needs. With (2) independent deluxe solid-state electronic controls and LED digital displays, operators can precisely manage temperatures in each compartment. The field-reversible dutch doors are outfitted with magnetic anti-microbial latches for enhanced hygiene and security. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet rests on (4) 5" swivel casters, (2) of which feature brakes, providing easy mobility and stability.
