This flexibility allows users to easily transition from indoor environments with a 120V electric connection to outdoor settings using the propane fuel hybrid heat system. With a three-quarter height design, the cabinet is insulated and includes 11 sets of chrome-plated wire transport universal angles, accommodating pan sizes on adjustable 1-1/2" centers. It can hold up to 16 steam table pans measuring 12" x 20" or 11 sheet pans sized 18" x 26". The interior boasts coved corners for easy cleaning, and the unit is equipped with push/pull handles and a stainless steel latch for secure transport. The cabinet's mobility is enhanced by four 8" pneumatic swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. Constructed with a stainless-steel interior and a red powder-coated aluminum exterior, it also features a 12-volt rechargeable battery system providing continuous thermostat power.
