Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the charbroiler offers durability and resistance to rust and corrosion, making it ideal for outdoor use. The stainless steel grill and radiants, along with a lighter tube (pilot), provide robust performance and reliability. A water pan is included to facilitate cleaning and reduce flare-ups, while the inclusion of (2) roll domes and bun racks enhances versatility in cooking and warming applications. The charbroiler comes with a hose and regulator, featuring a single inlet #5131 and a 1/2 inch gas hose and regulator assembly, allowing for seamless connectivity with 50 lb. or 100 lb. LP gas tanks (not included).
