It features a dual brewing system with the capability to brew 12 cups per batch, allowing for a production rate of 4 to 9 gallons per hour. The brewer is equipped with a 1.6-gallon tank, ensuring ample brewing capacity. Part of the Gold Cup® series, it includes advanced digital LCD scroll-through programming, enhancing ease of use and precision. With 6 in-line warmers - 2 lower and 4 upper - it offers ample warming options for maintaining coffee temperature. The brewer is tamper-resistant and includes a hot water faucet for added utility. Its robust stainless steel brew basket ensures durability and reliability. The machine operates on 120/220 volts at 50/60 Hz with a single-phase power requirement, delivering a powerful 3600/6600 watts at 30 amps. It supports a flow rate of 1 GPM, fitting with a 1/4" flare connection, and functions under a pressure range of 20-90 psi. Although UL and NSF certified, the unit does not include a cord & plug.
