Operating at 6300 watts and 29 amps, it ensures rapid brewing and consistent quality. The system is powered by a 220v/50/60/1-ph electrical setup, with a robust 5.2-gallon tank volume that supports a brewing capability of up to 17-1/2 gallons per hour.
