This enclosed cart is equipped with a 270-degree swinging door, ensuring easy access to its single compartment that can accommodate either 20 trays or 10 pans. It is designed to support multiple tray sizes, including 14" x 18", 15" x 20", 18" x 26", and 12" x 20", with the ability to store two trays per slide. The fixed tray slides offer 6" spacing for organized storage, while fixed panels contribute to its structural integrity. The cart is easily maneuverable with its push handle and four 5" swivel casters, two of which come with brakes, featuring Delrin bearings capable of handling up to 350 lbs each. A positive gravity latch secures the door, and the solid .125" aluminum base includes a drain, rolled edge, and fully welded corners for durability.
