This cart features a single 270-degree swinging door for easy access and a one-compartment design that can accommodate either 16 trays or 8 pans, supporting various tray sizes such as 14" x 18", 15" x 20", 18" x 26", and 12" x 20". Its fixed tray slides have a 6" spacing, allowing for two trays per slide, while fixed panels enhance structural integrity. A push handle ensures maneuverability, complemented by a positive gravity latch for secure closure. The cart's solid .125" aluminum base includes a drain and rolled edges for durability, alongside fully welded corners for enhanced resilience. Further mobility is provided by four 5" swivel castors, two of which feature brakes, all with Delrin bearings rated at 350 lb. capacity each.
