This cart is equipped with a 270-degree swinging door and a single compartment capable of accommodating up to 20 trays or 10 pans. It is adept at holding various tray sizes, including 14" x 18", 15" x 20", 18" x 26”, and 12" x 20", with the ability to slide two trays per slot. The tray slides are fixed with 6" spacing, and the unit includes fixed panels for stability. A push handle and positive gravity latch enhance user convenience and security. The cart’s construction comprises a sturdy .125" aluminum base with a drain and rolled edge, along with fully welded corners for added durability. With four 5" swivel casters, two featuring brakes and Delrin bearings, each caster supports up to 350 lbs.
