The Dinex DXPR2CM Reflections Refrigerated Mobile Food Unit is a compact and efficient piece of equipment designed for various food service operations. Measuring 36"L x 30"W x 36"H, this mobile unit features a 5" deep 20-gauge stainless steel cold pan, capable of holding two 12" x 20" pans. It is equipped with a concealed continuous refrigeration coil, ensuring consistent cooling performance. The unit is fully insulated on the R-CM, enhancing its energy efficiency. An interlocking mechanism allows it to connect seamlessly with other Reflections units, providing flexibility in configuration. The top is made from durable 14-gauge stainless steel, with fully welded square turndowns on all sides, ensuring structural integrity and longevity. Its molded FRP body is customizable in color to suit different preferences. The base is enclosed, housing a fully hermetic fan-cooled condensing unit. Mobility is facilitated by four 4" plate casters, which swivel and include brakes for stability. Additional features include a 3/4" FPT drain ball valve for easy maintenance, a 1/3 HP motor drawing 6.3 amps on a 120v power supply, and a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by NSF and ANSI and made in the USA, this unit exemplifies quality and compliance with industry standards.
