Constructed with a 5" deep 20-gauge stainless steel cold pan, it can accommodate five 12" x 20" pans, making it ideal for large-scale catering or restaurant operations. This unit is equipped with a concealed continuous refrigeration coil and is fully insulated on R-CM, ensuring consistent cooling performance. Its 14-gauge stainless steel top features fully welded square turndowns on all sides for added durability. The molded FRP body allows customization with a specified color to match any environment. For seamless integration, an interlocking mechanism is included to connect with other Reflections units. The enclosed base houses a fully hermetic fan-cooled condensing unit, and it is supported by four 4" swivel plate casters with brakes for easy mobility. A 3/4" FPT drain ball valve ensures efficient drainage. With a power rating of 1/3 HP, 6.3 amps, and 120v, this unit operates with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
