It features two self-leveling adjustable cylinders, each accommodating up to 75 china plates with a diameter of 10-1/4 inches. An adjustable digital thermostat and thermostatic controls keep the plates at a consistent temperature of 180°F, with a heating time of 75 to 90 minutes. The dispenser is equipped with two soft-close hinged lids and a fully insulated top and sides to maintain heat. Its stainless steel dispenser mechanisms include adjustable springs for seamless operation. The exterior is constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, while corner bumpers provide added protection. For mobility, the unit includes a push handle and four 5-inch swivel plate casters, with two featuring brakes. The enclosed base and dual voltage capability—operating at either 208v/60/1-ph (3200 watts, 15 amps) or 240v/60/1-ph (3000 watts, 13.3 amps)—add to its versatility.
