Each tray has a 5" height spacing and the setup allows for two trays per slide, making it adaptable to different service needs. Its adjustable tray slides and interchangeable rack system provide flexibility for diverse operational requirements. The drop-down latch door design ensures easy access and secure closure, while the bottom-mounted floor drain facilitates simple cleaning and maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cart is equipped with a perimeter bumper frame to protect against accidental impacts. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" Performa casters, two rigid and two swivel with side lock brakes, ensuring stability during transit.
