The Duke ADI-3MD Drop-In Cold Food Pan is a mechanically assisted ice pan designed to enhance convenience and efficiency in food service operations, measuring 46"W x 24"D x 22-1/2"H. This unit accommodates three 6" deep 12" x 20" pans, making it ideal for versatile culinary applications. Built with a 300 series stainless steel top featuring overhang and locking tabs, it ensures durability and stability during use. The interior liner is 8" deep and also crafted from 300 series stainless steel, with a sturdy steel exterior housing for added strength. The Duke ADI-3MD comes with a remote mounted on-off switch, complete with a stainless steel face plate that requires a 2-3/16"W x 4-1/8"H cutout, offering ease of operation. An air-cooled condensing unit provides efficient cooling, while two adapter bars are included for flexible configuration. The unit is equipped with a 1" brass drain and plug for convenient maintenance. Powered by R448a refrigerant, it includes a 6' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The Duke ADI-3MD is cULus and UL EPH Classified, requiring a 45"W x 23"D cutout for installation, meeting rigorous industry standards for performance and safety.
