The Duke ADI-5MD Drop-In Cold Food Pan is a mechanically assisted ice pan designed to accommodate the demands of commercial kitchens and catering operations. With its dimensions of 74"W x 24"D x 22-1/2"H, it is capable of holding five 6" deep 12" x 20" pans, making it an efficient solution for serving cold foods. The pan features a 300 series stainless steel top with overhang and locking tabs, providing durability and ease of installation. The interior liner is 8" deep and made of the same high-quality stainless steel, ensuring consistent temperature maintenance. Its steel exterior housing is robust, supporting the unit's long-term use in busy environments. For user convenience, the product includes a remote mounted on/off switch with a stainless steel face plate, requiring a cutout of 2-3/16"W x 4-1/8"H. The air-cooled condensing unit is efficient, and R448a refrigerant is utilized, which is environmentally friendly. Includes four adapter bars for versatile pan arrangement and a 1" brass drain with plug for convenient cleaning.
