The Duke ADI-6MD Drop-In Cold Food Pan is a mechanically assisted ice pan designed to meet the rigorous demands of food service operations. Measuring 88"W x 24"D x 22-1/2"H, it efficiently accommodates (6) 6" deep 12" x 20" pans, making it ideal for large-scale food preparation and display. Constructed with a 300 series stainless steel top featuring an overhang and locking tabs, the unit ensures durability and ease of use. The 8" deep 300 series stainless steel interior liner maintains optimal cooling conditions, supported by a robust steel exterior housing. A remote-mounted on/off switch with a stainless steel face plate (2-3/16"W x 4-1/8"H cutout required) provides convenient control. The air-cooled condensing unit, paired with (5) adapter bars, enhances cooling efficiency. A 1" brass drain and plug offer reliable liquid drainage. Operating with R448a refrigerant, it is powered by a 6' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, ensuring compatibility in diverse environments.
