With dimensions of 88"W x 24-1/2"D x 36"H, this salad bar provides ample space for food display and service. The top is constructed from 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. A standout feature is the 5" deep stainless steel mechanical assist ice pan, which maintains optimal cooling conditions. The unit includes an 82" x 20" opening and features a 1" brass drain with a plug for efficient water disposal. The removable stainless steel grille on the end facilitates easy maintenance and cleaning. Built with a 20-gauge paint grip steel body, it combines strength with an appealing finish. Mobility is enhanced by 5" diameter swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
