It is equipped with a 5" deep stainless steel mechanical assist ice pan, measuring 54" x 20", which provides ample space for cold food storage and presentation. The design includes a 1" drain line & valve to facilitate efficient water drainage, while the 20-gauge paint grip steel body and undershelf offer additional storage and stability. For mobility, the unit is fitted with 5" diameter swivel casters with brakes, making it easy to move and secure in place.
