The Duke THC-32PG Thurmaduke™ Hot/Cold Food Convertible Unit Mobile Electric is an innovative, adaptable solution for food service environments that require both heating and refrigeration capabilities. Measuring 32 inches wide, 32 inches deep, and 36 inches high, this unit features a 16-gauge stainless steel top and a dual pan size accommodation. The standout feature of this unit is its single-switch technology, allowing seamless conversion from heating to refrigeration. For wet heat operations, it includes an automatic water fill system and high-temperature cutoff protection, ensuring safe and efficient use. The self-contained refrigeration system is equipped with a 28.5-inch by 10-inch stainless steel liner, complemented by a 1-inch brass drain for easy maintenance. The unit's structural integrity is supported by a stainless steel control panel and adapter bars, with a paint grip steel body and undershelf for additional durability. Designed for mobility, it is fitted with 5-inch swivel casters featuring brakes. Operating at 120/208 volts with a power output of 3120 watts and 15.0 amps, it uses R404a refrigerant and is equipped with a NEMA 14-30P plug.
