The Duke THC-46PG Thurmaduke™ Hot/Cold Food Convertible Unit Mobile Electric is a versatile and efficient solution for the food service industry, specifically designed to seamlessly transition between heating and refrigeration. Measuring 46"W x 32"D x 36"H, this unit features a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top and offers a three-pan capacity, making it suitable for a variety of culinary applications. The innovative single switch mechanism allows for effortless conversion from heating to refrigeration, utilizing wet heat operation with an auto water fill system and high-temperature cutoff protection for enhanced safety. It comes with self-contained refrigeration, supported by a robust 28-1/2"W x 10"D stainless steel liner and a 1" brass drain for efficient performance. The unit is built with a stainless steel control panel and adapter bars, housed in a paint grip steel body with an undershelf for added convenience. Mobility is ensured with 5" swivel casters equipped with brakes. Operated with an R404a refrigerant and powered by 120/208v/60/1-ph electric input, it delivers 3120 watts and 15.0 amps, connected via an NEMA 14-30P plug. This product is NSF and UL EPH Classified, as well as cULus certified, emphasizing its reliability and adherence to industry standards.
